We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software without permission.

• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent donations or contributions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Disrupt or interfere with TrackFunds services.

4. Limitation of Liability

TrackFunds is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any loss of funds, inaccurate reporting, or interruptions in service. Schools and charities are responsible for verifying contributions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to your account and data may be restricted or deleted.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
